Please read the following.
BOOTH RESTRICTIONS: Space is limited at the Richfield City Park, so acceptance of booths will end when capacity is reached. Booths will be accepted on a first paid - first served basis.
PARKING: There will be no parking allowed along 400 North just north of the Richfield City Park.
ABSOLUTELY NO vehicles will be allowed to drive on or park on the Richfield City Park without permission from Richfield City’s Recreation Department. For permission or information, call (435) 896-6640.
SECURITY: The applicant understands that there will be no security provided for any booths or equipment at the Richfield City Park. Booths and valuables will be left at the park overnight at the applicant’s own risk.
FEES AND DEADLINE: Fees are $150 for food booths and $50 for other booths. As space is limited, a completed application and payment does not guarantee vending rights. In cases where a vendor’s services are not needed either because of space restrictions or exclusivity concerns, the payment will be returned in full.
BEVERAGES: The sale of beverages is limited, with pouring rights allowed only to an organization selected by the Richfield City Independence Day Committee, unless other arrangements are made by the Committee.
QUALITY PROVISION: Richfield City reserves the right to terminate the sale of any item or prevent any activity at any time the committee, in its sole discretion, deems it inappropriate, undesirable, or lacking in quality.
OVERNIGHT PARKING / CAMPING: Unless specific permission is granted by Richfield City, overnight camping or parking is not allowed on the City Park.
SALES TAX: Applicants are responsible for the collection and payment or all sales taxes as well as all other taxes and assessments attributable to the applicant’s activities.
EXCLUSIVITY: While every effort will be made to allow exclusivity, the granting of a permit to exhibit does not constitute an exclusive license or permit. The Richfield City Independence Day Committee may allow other applicants to sell similar products or conduct similar activities.
RICHFIELD CITY RETAINS THE RIGHT to terminate any application or regain possession of booth space at any time by refunding the amount paid for the space, excluding late fees.
WAIVER: Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Richfield City, the Independence Day Committee, and all staff, volunteers and sponsors from any claims, suits, losses or other actions arising from injuries or accidents attributable to applicant’s activities whether or not such injury or accident involves applicant’s employees, agents, guests, invitees, or a member of the general public.
