Richfield City is accepting applications for a Swimming Pool Manager. This position is responsible for a variety of professional and administrative duties in directing the Richfield City Swimming Pool; including staffing, safety, risk management, scheduling, marketing, program development, facility maintenance, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. This position works under the supervision and direction of the City Administrator. The successful candidate must be able to work well with city officials, fellow city staff, and the public in resolving disputes and complaints.

Qualifications and requirements include: Graduation from high school --- associates or Bachelors degree in Recreation, Business or related field preferred; and five (5) years of swimming pool or recreation work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess or be able to obtain certifications as Pool Operator, CPR, Water Safety Instructor, Water Safety Instructor Trainer, Lifeguard Instructor, and Lifeguard Trainer Instructor within time frame dictated by the City.
