PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of Richfield, Sevier County, Utah, will meet on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Roll Call.
2. Approval of minutes of May 27, 2009.
3. Consider request of Bruce Nielson for a variance allowing the construction of an accessory building closer than 3 feet to the property line. The Zoning Code and Building Code do not allow buildings to be constructed closer than 3 feet without a fire wall. The property address is 335 Hillcrest Drive.
4. Consider request of Judy Stewart for a variance allowing the construction of a 6-foot tall fence at the property line on the street side of the property. Zoning Code allows a 6-foot tall fence no closer than 12 feet from the property line. The property address is 90 West 400 North.
5. Motion for review and finalization of the July 15, 2009, minutes.
6. Adjourn Meeting.
