NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)
1. Roll Call.
2. Approval of minutes for the meeting of November 4, 2009.
3. Public Hearing: (7:00 p.m.)
Receive comments concerning proposed amendment to the
Zoning Code as it pertains to Section 1704 concerning garages
and other accessory buildings located in residential zones as it
pertains to maximum height and requiring garage exteriors to
be of a similar nature and in harmony with the existing homes in
the neighborhood, and prohibiting the construction of
galvanized steel or Quonset-type buildings.
4. Jessica Lindsay to request approval of a business license
allowing her to conduct a business called Park View Salon at
358 North Main (CS zone, P-2 use).
5. Consider approving signs for Fresh Market at 250 South Main.
Proposed wall sign will be approximately 250 square feet
6. Kellie Jorgensen to request approval of a major home
occupation at her home at 1245 West 1650 South (R1-10 zone,
7. Discussion and motion for recommendation to be made to the
City Council amending Section 1704 concerning garages and
other accessory buildings located in residential zones.
