PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 6, 2008, at 7:10 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map allowing the zoning of the property located on at approximately 100 East 900 South to be changed from the RM-11 zone (Multiple Family Residential) to a higher density residential zone.
