PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a preliminary subdivision application filed by Community Development, Inc., regarding property located at the northwest corner of 530 South and College Avenue, Richfield, Utah, to be known as the Mt. Catherine Subdivision.
