PUBLIC HEARING

Richfield City Corporation

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on June 10, 2008 at 7:10 p.m. at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah for the purpose of accepting comments on the tentative budget for 2008-09 for all funds.  The tentative budget for fiscal year 2008-09 includes:  (a) actual revenues and expenditures in the last completed fiscal year; (b) estimated total of revenues and expenditures for the current fiscal year; and (c) estimated total of revenues and expenditures for the upcoming budget year.  The tentative budget is available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah.

This hearing is also called to allow the City Council to consider public comments on the budget for the current fiscal year 2007-08 which will be opened, amended and increases and/or decreases in the budget will be considered and the budget for fiscal year 2008-09 adopted on or before June 20, 2008.
