PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council is considering vacating a certain city street located as follows:

Beginning at a point that is on the north right of way line of the I-70 access road (1300 South), said point being north 89°49’10” East 1,687.25 feet along the Section Line and north 133.34 feet from the south quarter corner of Section 35, Township 23 South, Range 3 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; running thence north 290.13 feet to the south right of way line of Cove View Road; thence North 55°15’00” East along said south right of way line 40.16 feet; thence south 314.11 feet to the north right of way line of said I-70 access road (1300 South); thence north 88°06’38” west along said north line 33.02 feet to the point of beginning.  Containing 9,969.16 square feet or 0.23 acres.

A public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning vacation and/or abandonment of the street.   The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 7:10 p.m., in the Richfield City Offices, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah.
