PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at 7:05 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map allowing a rezone of the property located at approximately 230 East 600 North, said zone to be changed from the R1-10 (Residential) zone to the CS zone (Commercial Shopping).
