Minutes of the Richfield City Planning Commission meeting held on Thursday, January 17, 2008, at 5:30 p.m., Chairman Blake Zobell residing.
1.  Roll Call
2.  Discussion concerning proposed Sign Ordinance
3.  Adjourn Meeting 

1.  ROLL CALL.  Roll Call was answered by Stan Poulson, Eugene Beck, Blake Zobell, Sue Southwick, Pat Hansen, Steve Kunzler, Larry Lunnen, Zoning Administrator Paul Hinrichs, and Deputy City Recorder Michelle Curtis.  Stan Chappell was excused.   
2. SIGN ORDINANCE.  The draft of the revised Sign Ordinance was discussed.  This will be placed on February’s agenda for final review of banners and “chicken wire” type signs such as are used by Albertson’s for special sales. 
3.   ADJOURNMENT.  The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
