NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

 

 

            PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

 

            The agenda for the meeting is as follows:  (NOTE:  The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)

 

1.   Planning Commission Chairman presiding.

    a.  Roll Call.

    b. Approval of minutes for the meetings of September 3, 2008.

 

2. Public Hearing:

    a.  Receive comments concerning revisions to Chapter 20 of
         the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to signs.

 

3. Annexation:  Review Petition for Annexation for 49.4 acres
    owned by Joseph Levine, Fred & Jeneal Winglaar, and
    Darren & Lana Barney.

 

4. Consider approving view plans for Deseret Meadow of
    Richfield (assisted living facility) to be located on 600 North
    (CS zone – P2 use).

 

5. Discuss Sign Ordinance.

 

6. Discuss multi-family residential parking. 

           

7. Items for next agenda.

           

8. Adjourn Meeting.
