NOTICE OF A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

                           OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

                             SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of Richfield, Sevier County, Utah, will meet on Wednesday, August 19, 2009, at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:30 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.         Roll Call.

2.         Minutes Approval.  Consider approving the minutes of July 15, 2009, and July 22, 2009.

3.         Consider request of Kim Wilson for a variance reducing the side yard requirement from 8 feet to 3 feet.  The property is located at 347 East 100 North.

4.         Consider request of  Adam Solt for a variance allowing his new home to encroach into the front and rear setbacks on his lot in Fairway Landing. 

5.         Motion for review and finalization of the August 19, 2009, minutes.

6.         Adjourn Meeting.
