NOTICE OF A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of Richfield, Sevier County, Utah, will meet on Wednesday, November 19 2008, at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

 

1.         Roll Call.

 

2.         Consider approving minutes of June 25,

            2008. 

 

3.         Consider Ellen Blackburn’s request for a
            variance at 300 North and 300 East asking
            for a lot size of 6971 square feet rather 
            than the 8000 square feet required in the
            RM-11 zone.

           

4.         Adjourn Meeting.
