NOTICE OF A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of Richfield, Sevier County, Utah, will meet on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

 

1.  Business

     a.  Roll Call

     b. Consider approving minutes of March

          21, 2007, and  April 18, 2007.

 

2.  Consideration

     a.  Consider Russ Cowley’s request for a

           variance at his home located at 576 South

           100 West (CS zone).   Mr. Cowley is asking

           for a front yard setback of 20 feet rather

           than the required 25 feet. 

 

3.  Elect Chairman for the balance of 2008.           

           

4.  Adjourn Meeting.
