NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
 
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m.
 
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:  (NOTE:  The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)
 
1.     Roll Call. 
2.     Minutes Approval:
        Consider approving Minutes of July 5, 2017, and August 2, 2017. 
3.     Home Occupation/Conditional Use Permit:
        A. Esther Rex to comment on Conditional Use Permit for Daphne’s Doggies doing business at 692 West Ogden
            Drive (R1-10 zone, C1 use).
        B. Review Conditional Use Permit for Daphne’s Doggies doing business at 692 West Ogden Drive (R1-10 zone,
            C1 use). 
4.     Plan Reviews/Conditional Use Permit:
        A. Consider approving Brian Burrows plans for storage units to be constructed in the Richfield Industrial Park
             (MG zone, C1 use).
        B. Consider approving plans for the construction of Southwest Spine and Pain Center to be located at 882 North
             Main Street (CG zone, C1 use).
        C. Consider approving plans for the construction of a restaurant to be located at 1200 South College Avenue
             (North of Miller’s/Wendy’s) (CG zone, P2 use).
        D. Consider approving a Conditional Use Permit allowing New Life Recovery to operate an adult drug and alcohol
             rehabilitation facility located at 1180 South Cove View Road (old Topsfield Lodge property) (CS zone, C1 use).         E. Consider approving Jorgensen Honda’s request for approval of the construction of buildings to be used as a
             shop, a trailer repair shop and storage building at their property at 980 South Cove View Road (CS zone, C1
             use).  
5.     Other Business: 
        A. Brady Hansen to discuss concept of constructing an 80’x100’ semi repair shop at the Hansen Collision Center
            property located at 830 South 100 West (CS zone, C2 use).
        B. DiscussVRBO and Bed and Breakfasts to be located in residential zones.  
        C. Other items.
